LIPSTIC (Labeling of Immune Partnerships by SorTagging Intercellular contacts) is a technique Giulia Pasqual developed in our lab to record “kiss-and-run” interactions btw immune cells in mice by enzymatic transfer of label from one cell to its partner. h
Recapping, LIPSTIC is our method to label DCs based on their history of interactions with T cells via the CD40L-CD40 axis, using the bacterial SrtA enzyme to transfer a labeled substrate between T cell and DC only when these two are interacting. 3/n https
