Day 25. OPTIClear was developed in 2018 by Lai et al. for imaging of fresh/archival human brain tissue. They used clearing with cresyl violet or lipophilic tracers to overcome the slow speed of antibody staining in large tissues.🥳Not great for antibody☹️
