Interessanter Beitrag zur Entwicklung von True Cost Accounting der Lebensmittelproduktion anhand von Daten aus Deutschland. Leider wird Landnutzung unzureichend berücksichtigt und keine Kohlenstoff-Opportunitätskosten (Carbon opportunity costs) einbezogen:
