臓器特異的癌の自然発症モデルマウス(遺伝子操作)、がん細胞株移植初期(1週間後)では、random migration能が上昇した好中球(PM-LCと命名)が増えていた。癌発症後期・移植後期ではPM-LCは消失。PM-LCは糖取込み能が上昇しATP産生亢進していた。ATPによるparacrine刺激で migration能が上昇と判明。
