yes, i do prescribe moderate to high intensity cardio n strengthening to neuro pxs. usually we aim for atleast 30mins of 70% max HR. they need to function, n gaining physical capacity after hospitalised is vital. post exercise hypotension is a real thing h

@danboy081 @UkTriChat Sounds like post-exercise hypotension. Blood pressure can drop for some time following exercise. I've had it happen a couple of times, can be linked with dehydration too I believe: https://t.co/I5E3aVASL2
