Fantastic paper by @CharlesSwanton and Bivona. AR alterations have never been reported before in EGFR mutant NSCLC. Suddenly found in 5% of cases, almost exclusively in women. If looking only at women with EGFR mut NSCLC, rate of AR alterations is ~10%. h
