卵巣だけ取ったって卵管が残るじゃない、と思ったけれど、卵巣がん予防じゃなくて女性ホルモンの除去の意味で（素人丸わかりですが）。ER-negativeでも有意差はないが傾向は見えたとのことで、この辺がいつも難しいんだな。
